    The Pre-Check for Energy Performance Contracting is a tool that supports building owners to determine, whether their facilities are suitable for Energy Performance Contracting. In less than 5 minutes you can find out if EPC could work for you. 

    The EPC Pre-Check asks questions about project scope, conditions of buildings and facilities, energy costs, as well as characteristics of the organization. After completing the questions, you will receive a first assessment based on your replies. It will show you the energy efficiency options in your situation. And will help you to build an better business.

    Making the decision to outsource a service and decide on an EPC is not always easy. It takes time and requires technical, financial and legal know-how. Luckily there are experienced, independent consultants available, so called EPC Facilitators, who can help. Two decades of experience with EPC Facilitators across Europe show that they are a crucial link between client and market.     The tool has been developed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl), for the GuarantEE project. The tool will be used by the 14 GuarantEE partners and is available in 14 languages.

    On 11 April, RVO launched the ‘EPC Pre-Check’, an online tool which helps building owners to determine whether their building is suitable for energy performance contracting (EPC). The Online EPC Pre-Check was launched by RVO during the 3rd GuarantEE project meeting in Amsterdam.
